Spiritual direction, also known as spiritual companionship, is a contemplative practice of deepening our spiritual lives by engaging the Big Questions of existence—purpose, death, grief, transitions, belonging, and more. In this practice, we explore your relationship with whatever you call sacred.
Unlike coaching or therapy, spiritual companionship is not about giving advice or solving problems. Instead, it is about attentive listening, reflection, and presence—helping you notice the Divine in your daily life.
Through this process, you may experience:
Greater presence and grounding in everyday life
Deeper authenticity in your spiritual journey
Discernment in difficult decisions and transitions
A renewed sense of connection with yourself, others, and the Sacred
My Approach:
Gentle, curious, and compassionate companionship—never judgment, pressure, or agenda.
A blend of contemplative spiritual direction with Internal Family Systems-informed Compassion Practices.
Our time together is deliberate and set-apart, with clear beginnings and endings.
Spiritual direction is a long-term relationship of walking together in your journey. It is a space to pause, reflect, and be held with care as you listen for what is most true and life-giving.
